Shipping policy

1. Shipping Method

  • Delivery times are provided for reference only and are expressed in business days.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to delayed payment confirmation.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address provided.

2. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date.

  • P.O. boxes may be used for some items; however, certain products (large items, valuables, perishables, age-restricted products, or items shipped via private carriers) require a physical address and may need signature confirmation.

  • We do not ship to security-restricted areas.

3. Shipping Time

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the origin of the product, packaging requirements, or external factors including logistics delays.

  • Please allow for additional time compared to standard e-commerce delivery expectations.

4. Order Tracking

  • After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email confirming your order details.

  • Once your item ships, a Shipment Notification Email will be sent with your tracking number and carrier information.

  • You can track your order status via the tracking number provided in the email.

  • Updates about order modifications, refunds, and shipping changes will be sent in real-time via email.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Emails will be sent to the address provided during checkout. Ensure it is valid and active.

  • Do not reject packages if you change your mind. Contact us at customer_support@brozma.com to cancel or modify your order according to our return/refund policy. Brozma LLC is not responsible for losses from rejected packages.

  • If your package is delayed, not received, or shows as delivered but is missing, contact customer_support@brozma.com within 30 days for UAE orders. For other inquiries, contact us within 60 days of order placement.

  • In the case of damaged or missing items, please provide photos or videos and contact customer_support@brozma.com immediately for resolution.
